Varian Unity-300 Spectrometer

 The Unity-300 is a 300 MHz spectrometer located in the back part of Rm 1204.
This instrument is used primarily as a walk on instrument. The unit has a Nalorac Broadband
probe that is not user tunable. This spectrometer does only ¹H, ¹⁹F, ¹³C, and ³¹P NMR. There

is no Variable Temperature done on the Unity-300. Primetime reservations (between 9 AM and 6 PM are
limited to 1 hour, 1 day in advance. The minimum reservation is 15 minutes. Scheduling is done
on the computer reservation system.

• Sun SPARC host computer running VNMR
• Quad probe for fast collection of data
• Small reservations possible
• 5mm Nalorac Quad Probe
