Varian VXR-500 Spectrometer
The VXR-500 is a 500 MHz spectrometer
located in the back part of
Rm. 1204.
This instrument is used primarily as a walk on instrument. At Present the spectrometer has a
Nalorac Broadband probe that must be user tuned. Low Temperature VT work may be done by
permission only. Primetime reservations (between 9 AM and 6 PM are not limited at this time.
The minimum reservation is 1 hour. Scheduling is done on the computer reservation system.
- Sun SPARC host computer running VNMR
