Xiaoyun is originally from the Anhui Province of China. She attended
the University of Science and Technology in the Province. Her
area of study was polymer chemistry.
In the Burrows group Xiaoyun is interested in studying
the crosslinking of amino acids to oxidized DNA oligomers.
When Xiaoyun is not working she enjoys listening
to music as well as reading poetry and novels. Traditional Chinese
poems are Xiaoyun's favorite reading material.
